This page describes, in plain terms, how Forecourt 360 and Denx Technologies handle information collected through this website and the product itself.
Forecourt 360 is a business-to-business platform used by fuel station companies. Individual users do not sign up for Forecourt 360 on their own — a company's authorized administrator creates user accounts, or invites team members to join, as part of setting up and running that company's workspace. There is no public, self-service account registration.
Through this website, we collect what you submit directly — name, company, work email, phone number, and any message content — when you request a demo or a company workspace.
Within the product itself, a company administrator or inviter may provide account information for each team member, which can include name, email address, phone number, company/organization, role, and station assignment. Passwords are never stored in readable form — they are protected using industry-standard one-way hashing, so even Denx Technologies staff cannot view a user's password.
To keep the service secure and working correctly, we also process authentication and security-related information such as session information, IP address, and browser or device user-agent details. This is used to authenticate users, protect accounts, help prevent fraud or abuse, keep users signed in, and troubleshoot service issues.
Once a company is using Forecourt 360, its team enters day-to-day operational information into the product. Depending on which parts of the product a company uses, this can include fuel sales, stock and tank information, meter/nozzle readings, deliveries, expenses, collections and payments, payroll information, compliance-related records, and station or employee information. This operational data belongs to, and is controlled by, the customer company — Forecourt 360 processes it in order to provide the service to that company.
Certain operational tasks let a user capture a photo using their device's camera, for example to document or verify a physical record. The camera is only accessed when a user actively chooses to take a photo for one of these tasks — Forecourt 360 does not access the camera at any other time. Captured images are stored as part of the customer company's operational records and are used for recordkeeping and verification purposes. The camera feature does not collect device location information.
Where Forecourt 360 is used through a dedicated mobile app, the service may process limited information about the device and app for authentication, security, and service-operation purposes, such as device model, operating system version, app version, and an installation identifier. The mobile app has the underlying capability to register a push-notification token for a future push-notification feature; Forecourt 360 does not currently send push notifications, and this capability is not actively used today.
Forecourt 360 does not intentionally collect a user's precise device location (GPS). Station addresses and similar location details that a company enters as part of its own business records are not the same as, and do not involve collecting, a device's GPS location.
For companies that use it, Forecourt 360 may connect with relevant Ghana National Petroleum Authority (NPA) systems to support authorized regulatory and business workflows, such as synchronizing purchase order or pricing information. This integration operates under the customer company's own authorization and is used solely to support that company's regulatory and operational needs.
Each company workspace is isolated from every other company using Forecourt 360. Records from one company are not visible to another.
Website form submissions are reviewed by Denx Technologies staff to respond to your request. Within a company's own workspace, access follows that company's user roles and permissions. Forecourt 360 is hosted on managed infrastructure and may rely on infrastructure and network-security providers to operate and protect the service.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet contractual and business requirements, maintain the security of the service, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Because Forecourt 360 accounts are provisioned by a customer company, a company's own administrators are able to manage and remove user accounts within their organization. If you would like assistance with deleting an account or have another request regarding your personal data, you can reach us using the contact details below and we will assist with your request.
